We'd like to hear what kind of enhancements would give you the most benefit. These might include:

• additional reports or new versions of existing reports
• functions that export data from Eclipse or import data into Eclipse for customers, vendors or other systems
• specialized activity triggers
• automatic processes that, for example, review and correct account settings or add delivery charges to orders

The main limitation is that the core Eclipse code provided by Epicor can't be customized or modified, although in some cases we can replace one of the default menu options with another program.

Enhancements that have been requested by several Eclipse Users will be researched to see what it would take to develop them. Then we will contact the companies who have requested them in order to confirm their interest and to discuss pricing. This approach allows us to provide new features at reduced cost compared to developing them as custom projects.

Order Acknowledgment With Flexible Format

Ability to set up activity triggers which can email order acknowledgments in CSV or other formats which allow customers to import these into their system.

Contract Pricing Import

An easy way to import contract pricing into the price matrix as customer overrides is needed. The only way to handle this now is to type them in manually.

Build Contacts from Customer Phones and Emails

Create contacts from the phone numbers and email addresses currently stored in the customer file.
